In the Service Centre tools are sharpened and serviced, and spare parts required are also kept for the benefit of the customer.

It is equipped with state of the art facilities which include:

1. CNC grinding machines for grinding of Sawblades which helps in maintaining the design parameters like tool geometry and the optimum removal of material during regrinding.
2. High frequency induction brazing machine for retipping .Here body heating is confined to the tip seating area alone & hence will not deform nor alter the metallurgical properties of the body.
3. High Precision Profile Grinder and Planer knife Grinder
4. High Precision Tool & Cutter Grinders.
5. Highly sensitive computerized dynamic balancing machine which ensures a perfectly balanced tool .
6. High Precision measuring instruments & profile projector .Which ensures geometrically accurate tools.
7. High Precision CNC wire cutting & CNC EDM machines for processing of Polycrystalline Diamond ( PCD) tools.

In case of saw blades,

1. The saw blades are reground on state of art CNC automatic machines.
2. It is possible to regrind up to 15 times provided it is Leitz saw blades, and are used in the normal way and reground by us each time. This will prove that our saw blades are of high quality and cost effective, giving you higher output for the tool cost.

Collection and delivery:

We will arrange to collect & deliver tools either direct through reputed courier operators like Blue Dart or through our numerous dealers located all over India. The nearest dealer may be contacted who will ensure prompt pickup and delivery. In case a dealer is not available nearby, please contact us directly at Bangalore. We will then work out the pickup and delivery most suited to where you are located.
